Friday Night Races

PHRF Friday Night Racing is a Sarasota Bay summer tradition.  Join us on Friday's for a fun race around the Compass Rose marks and hanging out afterwards. There is no race committee for these pursuit races which start at 6:30pm.   Both fleets monitor VHF 72 for course information.  Proper Coast Guard Gear and Lighting is required!  See the USCG Navigation Rules for additional information.

Multihull:  All races start and finish at L. Typically, Bill announces the course to be sailed on VHF 72 around 6 PM. The racing is reverse handicap. Boats start and finish by sailing within one boat length of L. See the helpful links below to get your start time.  

Monohull: Reach out to scorer@sarabayracing.com by Wednesday evening with your boat information to get a start time for the pursuit race.
